1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 03.04.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2653 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Radheshyam Kumar @ Shyam Paswan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.10.17 15:29:24 +0530
2 expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Sessions Judge, Balrampur Place Ramanujganj (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 17.09.2025 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statements of three witnesses are yet to be recorded followed by the recording o the accused’s statement and the recording of the statements of defense witensses.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of five months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
