GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner for works executed for providing internal CC road facilities for Street 9, 10, 11 & 12 Shafabhavi Vaddipalem Venkatkrishnapuram and Chintalapalam of Kasumuru Gram Panchayat, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Ms.R.Durga Latha Sree, learned counsel representing Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not responding to their calls and prayed to record the said submission of the respondents and close the writ petition. 5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
