GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in opening the Suspect Sheet against the Petitioners as arbitrary, illegal, improper, incorrect, capricious, violation of fundamental rights consequently direct the Respondents to close the suspect sheets which are opened by the Respondents against the Petitioners by awarding compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- to each petitioner from the Respondents.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that there are no cases pending against the Petitioner and to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioners the impugned Suspect Sheet has been opened against the Petitioners. 3. Sri Bala Krishna Sastry, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioners and hence, the suspect sheet opened against the Petitioners may be closed. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Suspect Sheet against the Petitioners is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
