Perusal of the record shows that this Court, vide order dated 04.08.2025, directed the Registry to issue notices to the petitioners to make alternative arrangements, since the learned counsel for the petitioners is elevated as judge of this Court. Accordingly, notices were sent to the petitioners, however, the same were returned unserved with an endorsement ‘Insufficient address.’ On 16.10.2025, learned counsel, Sri B.Sudhakar Kumar, sought permission of this Court to take out personal notices to the petitioners and accordingly, this Court granted permission. However, the notices were returned unserved with an endorsement ‘Insufficient address.’ 3. Parties must invariably remain in touch with their advocates during the pendency of their cases. Despite the same, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. 4. In view of the above, since the matter pertains to the year 2019 and the petitioners have not been pursuing the case through their advocate, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioners feel that the cause still survives, they can file an appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
