ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 2 and 5 in not registering FIR against the respondents 6 and 7 on the report submitted by the petitioner dt 26.02.2024, 29.02.2024 and 07.03.2024 is illegal, unjust and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and against the provisions of section 154 Cr.P.C and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that petitioner is having family disputes with her husband, civil disputes are pending between them with regard to the properties, civil suites were also filed, Petitioner gave a spandana petition and respondent No.5 went to the disputed land and recorded the statements of respondents 6 and 7 and the matter is purely „civil in nature‟, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
