JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDER (03.02.2026) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.4 submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the judgment dated 11.09.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CM(M) No.243/2025, whereby the final order dated 18.07.2025 passed by the Court below was set aside. It is further submitted that since the interim order challenged in the present petition had merged into the final order, the petition no longer survives for consideration. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, fairly, concedes the aforesaid submission, made on behalf of respondent No.4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and in light of the judgment dated 11.09.2025 passed in CM(M) No.243/2025 titled “Jammu Development Authority Vs. Saminder Singh and Ors.” the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of . Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
