ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of 3rd and 4th Respondents herein at the behest of the Respondents 5 to 8 in interfering with the disputes/issues between the Petitioner's trust members and the Respondents 5 to 8 herein as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents herein not interfering with the issues of conducting management of the Sri Court Lo Gangamma Devasthanam situated in the court premises, Madanapalle, Chittoor District (Annamaiah District)., by the Petitioner's trust members and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri S.Dilip Jayaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
