The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(a). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Mirzapur/respondent no.3 to direct the concerned authorities to demarcate the petitioner's Arazi No. 844/1M area 0.5060 hectare, situated at Village- Hinauti, Tappa 84, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court. (b). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to decide the representation dated 9.12.2024 filed by the petitioner, which is pending before the respondent authorities." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application is not in a proper format. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within two weeks from today. In case such an application is moved, the respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the application file by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
