Mr. Kuldeep Singh Chahar, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a young man, who is studying to improve himself. Respondent no.4 is widow of his elder brother. She along with her parents are seeking to forcefully marry his client. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. Petitioner will approach the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) (District Judge, Mathura) along with website copy of this order. We request said authority to depute a para legal volunteer to visit residence of petitioner, talk to him and respondent no.4 such that petitioner's apprehension can be dispelled. Since there has been submission made that petitioner is engaged in studies, we make this direction instead of requiring him to be personally present for us to better understand his grievance. 4.
