GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 27104 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioners is that the 1st petitioner is absolute owner and possessor of the land in an extent of Ac.1.42 cents in Sy.No.1918-3 of Kalakada Village and Mandal, Annamayya District through registered sale deed, dated 06.06.1990. The petitioners have submitted an F-Line application No.FSNV012500805882, dated 05.08.2025 for survey, measurement and fixing boundaries over the petitioners’ subject land. Despite the petitioners’ persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioners’ application has constrained them to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application No.FSNV012500805882, dated 05.08.2025 submitted by the petitioners for conducting survey, by issuing notice to 4 all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
