THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.T. NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER 1. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for following relief/s: “(1) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, directing the 2nd respondent to take immediate steps to consider the representations by the petitioner vide ANNEXURE Nos.'Z' & 'Z1' dated: 15/3/2021 and 16/4/2021 and to transfer the service records and contribution to pension and leave of the petitioner for the service rendered by him during the period 05/07/1994 to 28/04/2007 in the 2nd respondent University, to the 3rd respondent in the interest of justice and equity. (ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, directing the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35397 WP No. 4929 of 2022 3rd Respondent to expeditiously calculate the petitioner's pension and leave allowances taking into consideration his service from the year 1994, in the interest of justice and equity. (iii) Issue such other Writ or Order or Direction as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that, pursuant to the petitioner’s representations, the respondents have considered the same and passed an order. The said order has been produced along with the memo dated 09.09.2025. 3. In view of the above, the prayers sought by the petitioner in this writ petition do not survive for consideration.
