Petitioner claims to be owner in possession of landed property bearing survey no. 1202 measuring 16 kanals 7 marlas situate at village Dachhan Tehsil Gool District Ramban. The short grievance of the petitioner is that private respondents no. 4 to 11, who happen to be his neighbours, have extended threat to his life and property and in this respect, he approached the concerned SSP for protection, but of no avail. 02. In view of the limited nature of controversy, the present writ petition is admitted to hearing and disposed of at the threshold with a direction to official respondents no 1 to 3 to dispose of representation dated 19.11.2024 preferred by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition are made available to them. 03.
