No. 15 of 2025 arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2359 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad. 3. On 19.09.2024, sister of the Informant Parwati Murmu was found dead in her house. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner that since there was talk of marriage of this petitioner with the deceased, he might have committed her murder. 4. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner on the record. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
