The learned HCGP is directed to accept notice to Respondent No.1.
2. The office has drawn attention to the fact that the present petition is the second petition seeking the same relief from this Court. The office note further records that the petitioner had already filed an earlier criminal petition in Crl. P. No.5511/2021 under Section 482 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking identical relief, which is still pending consideration before this Court.
3. In view of the aforementioned circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present petition amounts to a reiteration of the earlier petition and, therefore, is not maintainable. Filing multiple petitions seeking the same relief, while the earlier petition is pending, would amount to abuse of the process of law and is not permissible in law. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
