When the notices were issued, . On 03.05.2023 this the respondents(contemnors) have filed their responses Court had issued Form-1 to the contemners returnable in four weeks. 5. The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 herein has filed No. 18711289/GAD/2022-SU-I-3 dated the Government and G.O.Rt.No.1261, counter affidavit wherein U.O. Note 12.05.2023 issued by the Secretary to General Administration (SC.F) Department dated 27.06.2023 have been placed on record. In the proceeding issued by the Chief Secretary to Government vide G.O.Rt.No.1261, dated 27.06.2023, it has been stated that the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.12 and G.O.Rt.No.121 dated 13.01.2023 withdrawn and consequently reverting the individual officers as Section Officers (Single Unit) with immediate effect. are 5. Having perused the above record, this Court has noticed that the respondents have issued G.O.Ms.No.12 and G.O.Rt.No.121 on 13.01.2023. Thereafter vide G.O.Rt.No.121, General Administration (SC.F) Department, dated 27.06.2023 the said proceedings have been withdrawn. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the respondents herein have purged themselves of contempt. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 7.
