The application is filed for condonation of delay of 1618 days in filing First Appeal against judgment and award dated 31.12.2014 passed in L.A.C. 159/2005. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader as well as learned Counsel for the respondent no.2/Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is inordinate and it is also not explained properly. 4. However, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed and the delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.2500/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary. 5. It is made clear that the applicant/Claimant shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of delay. 2 2.caf.205.2020 6. The application is disposed of. 7.
