ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in issuing directions to Petitioners to relinquish their rights over their Joint Family House bearing .No. 1-3-738 in Survey No.l28-5B situated at 1st Ward, Anantapur Town, Anantapur District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to not to call the Petitioners to Police Station for resolving any civil dispute with

respect to their Joint Family House bearing D.No.1-3-738 in Survey No.l28-5B situated at 1st ward Anantapur Town, Anantapur District and to pass.”
2. Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
