This appeal filed by the State-appellant under Section 378(1) of Cr.P.C. is directed against the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 29.07.2015, passed by the learned Sessions Judge Durg, District - Durg (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 93/2013, whereby the accused/respondent has been acquitted for commission of HEERA LAL SAHU Digitally signed by HEERA LAL SAHU Date: 2025.12.19 15:25:21 +0530 2 offence under Section 304(B) in alternative Section 302, alternative section 306 of IPC. 2. In this case, in compliance with the bailable warrant order of this Court dated 17.11.2025, it has been informed by the office of SHO, Nandini Nagar, District-Durg (C.G.) that the sole respondent – Gajanand Yadav S/o Kriparam Yadav had died on 08.01.2020 and a death certificate has been attached to this effect. 3.
