A perusal of the B diary extract would indicate that issues are yet to be framed in the suit OS.No.2317 of 2022 and the same is pending for framing of issues since 14.012.2022. The records would also indicate that the plaintiff had filed the draft issues as early as on 30.01.2023 and to date issues have not been framed. As on date, a petition filed under Order 11 Rule 12 of CPC is also pending for maintainability since 21.12.2024. 4. Therefore, directions are issued to the learned XX Additional City Civil Court at Chennai to frame issues in the suit and dispose of the petition filed under Order 11 Rule 12 of CPC on or before 06.06.2025 and within a period of 6 months therefrom to dispose of the suit OS.No.2317 of 2022.
