The present application is being filed to grant special leave to appellant to file appeal from judgment and order of acquittal dated 18.12.2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gondia in Criminal Complaint No.255/2017, wherein the learned Trial Court was pleased to acquit the present respondents for the offence punishable under Sections 494, 109 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. I have gone through the impugned judgment so also, the evidence placed on record. In my opinion, this is a fit case to grant leave. Accordingly, leave is granted. 4. Application stands disposed of.
