Petitioner has been made accused in connection with C.I..D Court Case No. 01 of 2024 corresponding to of C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 arising out of Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302, 307, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-A), 25(1-b), a/26/27/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi. 3. On 03.12.2023 at 2.50 p.m., dreaded gangster Aman Singh was shot dead by the accused Sundar Mahto in Dhanbad Jail. It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused persons were rejoicing after the murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, C.I.D., Ranchi in connection with C.I..D Court Case No. 01 of 2024 corresponding to of C.I.D.
