Again on 19.02.2025, the Coordinate Bench of this Court has directed the registry to intimate the party-in-person about the hearing of the appeal being peremptorily fixed on 05.03.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the party-in-person has chosen not to appear before the Court. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution under Order 41 Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier shall stand vacated forthwith.
