ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the official respondents 2 to 6 in not considering petitioners representation dt.15.10.2019 with regard to the protection to petitioner properties and petitioner and also her family members is quite illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequentially direct the respondent police take necessary action against the unofficial respondents 7 to 12 in pursuance of the complaint made by petitioner in connection with properties situated in Pathebadh Eluru T.S.No.111 112 and properties situated in Chodhimeila Village Eluru Mandal Covered by R S No 209/3 209/1 210/1 and 3 and 208/2 and also properties situated in Gokinepalli Vanguru Village Pedhavegi Mandal a Rice Mill by name Sri Jagayya Rice Mill house and Godowns”
2. Heard Sri M.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri Md.Farooq learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the petitioner wants to settle the issue with the unofficial respondent regarding a pending civil dispute between the parties, and they have not registered any crime against the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.221 of 2016 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District and the same is pending and hence, prays this Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the competent Court where the suit is pending between the parties. It does not preclude the petitioner to approach the police as and when required. There shall be no order as to costs.
