Heard Sri Kuldeep Singh Chahar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and Sri Brijesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent No.4. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 12.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.218 of 2025, under Sections- 323, 328, 376, 504, 506, 313 IPC, Police Station Sikandaraa, District Agra. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are allegations against the applicant for committing the offences of rape, criminal intimidation, etc. after befriending the respondent No.4 and making her pregnant also. 5. The counsel for the respondent No.4 has opposed the the writ petition and submitted that victim suffered miscarriage also. The petitioner has also taken substantial amount from her, which he has not returned. 6. The writ petition is disposed of directing that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation. 7. The investigation shall be completed by the police within a period of 90 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the Commissioner of Police, Agra.
