ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has called in question the proceedings dated 14.12.2023 by the Karnataka State Financial Corporation [KSFC] [Annexure - A]. This Court, on 20.12.2023, has granted interim order subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- within certain timelines. In terms of the impugned proceedings, the petitioner is called upon to pay a sum of Rs.67,89,478/-. Mr. Vinay Kumar G.S, the learned counsel for the KSFC and its officers has emphasized before this Court on 02.09.2025 that the petitioner has an alternative remedy and that no indulgence be shown to the petitioner because it has not complied with the terms of the interim order. This Court has extended multiple opportunities to the petitioner to respond and the learned counsel on record for the petitioner is constrained for want of instructions. - 4 -

In view of the afore, this Court must opine that there will be no cause for interference in the present petition and the petitioner must, if it is aggrieved by the impugned proceedings, must avail alternative remedy.
