The present Contempt Case is filed complaining non-compliance of the Order dated 05.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16875 of 2024. 2 3. Shaik Khaja Basha, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 has filed a Memo on 29.10.2025 along with certain documents. The Proceeding dated 01.08.2025 would indicate that the said Respondent has issued Endorsement on 30.04.2025. Learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner contends that the said Endorsement, although it is dated 30.04.2025, was served to the Petitioner only on 01.08.2025, therefore, there is gross delay on the part of the Respondent No.2 in complying the Order of this Court. 4. In view of the compliance of the Order of this Court, as stated above, this Contempt Case is closed. Needless to state that the Contempt Petitioner herein is at liberty to challenge the Endorsement dated 30.04.2025, if so advised. No order as to costs. 5.
