GVNRSSS VARA PRASAD 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner, seeking the following relief: “ ... to issue a writ, direction, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents No.3 in trying to evict me from the possession of my Flat No.401, Triple Bed Room, 3rd Floor, TF1, TG Towers, Vijayawada on the insistence of the Unofficial Respondent No.4 and 5 and political pressure and cut off the Power and Water to my Flat and compel me to come for private settlement in civil matter and threatening me and my family to file the false cases and wrongfully Restrain my wife and my son, is bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, contrary and violation of principle of natural justice and to pass. ...” None represented for the Petitioner. At the time of hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing for respondent State placed on record the written instructions and would submit that the subject matter is purely civil in nature, Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and would submit that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil matters of the parties except following due process of law. No order as to costs.
