(Oral) It is the claim of the petitioners that the respondent nos. 2 & 3 are raising constructions on the property adjacent to the property of the petitioners against the sanctioned plan. The petitioners also claim that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 have encroached their property. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are raising construction against the sanctioned plan; they have also encroached upon the property of the petitioners, for which the petitioners have been advised to file a civil suit. He submits that the petitioners will file a representation within seven days to the respondent no. 1/Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (“the Authority”), therefore, direction may be given to decide the representation within a stipulated time. 2 4. Learned counsel for the Authority submits that in case the representation is filed by the petitioners within a week, it shall be decided by the Authority within next six weeks. 5. The Court takes on record the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 1. 6. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to make a representation before the Authority within a week from today. In the eventuality of such representation having been made, the Authority shall decide the said representation within six weeks thereafter. (Ravindra Maithani, J) 08.08.2025 Avneet/
