JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K) This contempt petition is initiated against the willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.5338/2020 dated 10.07.2020, whereby the learned Single Judge has directed respondents No.2 and 4 therein to consider the representations dated 29.08.2018 and 12.06.2018 at Annexures-A and B to the writ petition within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent- State has filed the compliance affidavit dated 04.01.2023 stating that as directed by the learned Single Judge, respondents No.2 and 4 have considered the representations dated 29.08.2018 and 12.06.2018 as per Annexure-R1, endorsement dated 20.09.2022. 3. We have perused the endorsement dated 20.09.2022. The same depicts that the representation of the complainant has been rejected for the time being due to non- availability of land. Having considered the same, the contempt - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32518-DB CCC No. 303 of 2022 petition does not survive for further consideration. If the complainant is aggrieved by the endorsement, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped.
