PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court Made the Following Order: The instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed by the Petitioner herein/defacto complainant, seeking a direction to dispose of the C.C.No.227 of 2025 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Singarayakonda, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Heard Sri Basheer Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the crime pertains to the year 2019. In view of the constitution of a new Court at Singarayakonda, the matters have been transferred to the newly established Singarayakonda Court. Consequently, the C.C. number 2 reflects the year 2025, although the crime actually relates to 2019. Therefore, it is prayed that a direction may be issued to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the learned Trial Judge is directed to proceed with the matter and dispose of the case in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible without granting any adjournment in casual way by mere asking.
