THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:2584 OF 2025 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10562 of 2025.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Both the learned counsel submits pursuant to the orders impugned in the present contempt, the respondent authorities have passed subsequent proceedings and the same were challenged by the petitioner herein by filing writ petitions vide W.P.Nos.26820 of 2025 and 31891 of 2025. In view of challenging of the subsequent proceedings, the cause in the present contempt case does not survive and no further orders are necessary.
4. In view of the clear admission made by both the learned counsel, no further orders are necessary.
5. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
