1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to jusue appropriate writ/order/ direction, thereby quash the rejection slip YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.11.12 19:37:24 +0530
2 dated 23.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) issued by the respondent whereby the candidature of the petitioner was wrongly rejected and declared not-qualified in the PST (Height & Chest) in the Selection process fur the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2022. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to an appropriate writ/order/ direction, thereby directing the respondent authorities to conduct the re measurement of height and chest of the petitioner preferably in some Government/ Army Hospital and if found qualified, allow them to participate in the further selection process Le. PET and Medical Examination & Verification of Documents for the post of Constable (GD). 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the costs of the petition. An affidavit in support of the petition is filed herewith.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the instant petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned State counsel concurs with the said submission.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
