Pursuant to the order dated 07.05.2025, a report dated 21.05.2025 has been furnished by Judicial Magistrate, District-Hathras stating that the proceedings in Complaint Case No. 584 of 2015 (Ramesh Chandra Vs. Rishi Kumar) are initiated and fresh summoning order has been issued against the respondent-accused to face the trial on 19.02.2024 under Sections 467, 468, 471 IPC and the next date fixed is 11.06.2025. However, from the said report, it transpires that the accused has not put in appearance till date. Considering the aforesaid facts, the trial is being delayed on the part of the accused and the Trial Court is free to issue coercive measures against the respondents and take necessary steps for the expeditious disposal of the present case.
