1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 28.02.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.07 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.19 of 2017 on the file of learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Hindupur. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 28.02.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.07 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.19 of 2017. The Crl.M.P.No.07 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on him by the learned Special Magistrate, Hindupur dated 31.01.2017 passed in S.T.C.No.64 of 2013 for the offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
Against the said orders, the petitioner/accused preferred the revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main Crl.A.No.19 of 2017 was disposed of on 29.01.2018. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said Crl.A.No.19 of 2017 was allowed on contest on 29.01.2018
5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the Crl.A.No.19 of 2017 on

29.01.2018, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
