The petitioners were selected through notification No.6 of 16 got issued by APPSC direct recruitment for appointment of Assistant Executive Engineer and appointed as Assistant Executive Engineer. Subsequently, the petitioners were promoted to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer vide proceedings dated 22.01.2025 by the 2"^ respondent. 3. Questioning the promotion of the petitioners, the writ petition was filed before this Court vide W.P.No.820 of 2025 and pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 20.01.2025 and in compliance of the contempt case is filed vide C.C.No.215 I of 2025, the petitioners were reverted to the post of Assistant 4 W.P.NO.19301 OF 20^ Executive Engineer (PH) with immediate effect.
