Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel, on written instructions dated 29.11.2025 of the Panchayat Secretary, Dibbapalem Grama Panchayat, submitted that there are no encroachments in the subject land as alleged by the petitioner. 3. Sri T.V.S.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed this court to close the writ petition recording the contents of the written instructions. 4. In view of the above, since the authorities reported that there are no encroachments in the subject land as alleged by the petitioner and as the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to close the writ petition recording the contents of the written instructions, this writ petition is closed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
