Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.91 of 2025 under Section 87 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station Kotwali, District Shahjahanpur. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously. He apprised to the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law. 5. The present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation is to be concluded by the Investigating Officer under the supervision of Superintendent of Police, Shahjahanpur fairly, impartially and expeditiously. 6.
