Venkatasudarshana, district judge (retd) as the sole arbitrator to resolve and adjudicate the disputes arising out of the agreement dated 04.05.2023 in terms of clause 14 of the said agreement (annexure a ) the work order (annexure b) and the parties therein; 2. Grant such and further relief’s as are just including the cost of petition. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for respondent submits that a suitable arbitrator could be appointed. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. CMP is allowed. ii.
