It is stated that the notice was issued to the complainant for her appearance but instead of appearing before the court, she filed a petition before this Court for quashing the summon/notice dated 06.02.2016 and this Court vide order dated 25.02.2016, stayed the proceedings in the instant case. It is also stated that this Court vide order dated 15.02.2023, disposed of the petition filed by the complainant with observation that closure report has been accepted by the learned Magistrate, whereas the fact remains that the closure report has not been accepted by the learned Magistrate. 2. No directions are in fact warranted from this Court and the learned Magistrate can proceed in accordance with law.
