Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition by stating that the petitioners, namely, (1) Sumeri, (2) Arif Khan, (3) Waseem Akram, (4) Aasif and (5) Nafees, and private respondent Nos. 4 and 5, i.e. Abdul Hafix and Mehboob respectively, have already resolved the dispute amicably and entered into a compromise. 4. Accordingly, present petition is permitted to be withdrawn, on the basis of aforementioned statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, and disposed of as such.
