Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. and learned Government 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the absolute owner and petitioner herein is possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.H.OO cents in Sy.No.1 of Neerupakakota Village, B.N.Kandriga Mandal, Tirupathi District having acquired the same by way of registered sale deeds dated 20.05.2003 and 25.06.2003. Since the date of purchase, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property without there being any interference or hindrance from any quarter. He further submits that even though the petitioner herein purchased the subject lands by way of registered sale deeds, neither her name was not mutated in the revenue records nor pattadar pass books were issued in her favour. For which, the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 22.12.2024 to the respondent No.4 requesting him to mutate her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass book and title deed in her favour. Even after receipt of the said representation, the respondents neither considered the same nor issued any proceedings. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner herein filed the present writ petition. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in order to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, the petitioner herein has to make appropriate application in Form-6A to respondent authorities through Mee- seva by paying requisite fee. In the absence of the same, the petitioner herein is not entitled to claim mutation of her name in respect of the subject property in the revenue records based on the representation submitted by her. He further submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh application seeking for mutation of her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass book in Form-6A through Mee-seva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariats by following proper procedure in terms of G.O.Ms. No.209 dated 14.06.2017 to the 4. an respondent authorities by paying requisite fee, the respondents would consider the same, within a reasonabie time. Having regard to the submissions made by the iearned counsei for the 5. petitioner and iearned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application in Form-6A strictly adhering to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Land in Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and Rules framed therein from time to time for mutation of her name in the concerned revenue records through MeeSeva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariat and also in terms of G.O.Ms.No.209 dated 14.06.2017 and on payment of requisite fee within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months, thereafter. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.
