2025:UHC:688 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPCRL No. 719 of 2021 UHon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. No representation for the petitioners. Mr. K.S. Bora, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. J.P. Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 2. Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR No. 0068 of 2021 registered against them under Sections 323, 392, 504, 506 IPC in Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun on 20.04.2021. 3. The impugned FIR is on record as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. 4. Perusal of the FIR reveals that serious allegations are levelled against petitioners. Whether these allegations are correct or not cannot be decided in a writ petition, it is matter of trial. 5. Since ingredients of the offences are made out, therefore this Court does not find any reason to interfere with impugned FIR. 6. Accordingly, writ petition fails and is dismissed.
