The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 1219 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award dated 29.01.2020 passed in M.C.O.P.No.50 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that if the petitioner is waiving interest for those periods, they are having no objections to condone the delay. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly concede and made an endorsement to that effect. 5. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
