Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the earlier bail application was rejected by the Trial Court on 14.08.2025, and, thereafter, about 1 year has been passed and the application is entitled for grant of regular bail on the ground of delay as he has already suffered more than 4 years 8 months’ incarceration. The factum of delay has not been considered by the Trial Court in its impugned order, the applicant, therefore, seeks liberty to go back to the Trial Court and file fresh application. 2. In view of the above, the application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the Trial Court by way of a fresh application. 3.
