Material on record indicates that an Arbitral Tribunal was constituted by this Court on 28.01.2021. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been extended from time to time and the last of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been extended till 31.12.2025. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is going to expire on 31.12.2025, and therefore, the present petition has been filed for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
