GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 10330 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents Nos.2 and 3 in acting on the complaint dated 17.06.2019 and 26.06.2019 and registering the F.I.R against the respondents Nos.5 and 6 submitted by me as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on them and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to act on the complaint dated 17.06.2019 and 26.06.2019 and register the F.I.R against the respondents Nos.5 and 6 submitted by me and take appropriate action on the same and pass…” 2. None appeared for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.280 of 2019 dated 03.08.2019 for the offence under Sections 448, 506, 509 of IPC read with 34 of IPC of Old Guntur Police Station and the same is under investigation. 4. The writ petition is filed alleging that police did not register the FIR basing on the report presented by the writ petitioner. Now, the instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader would disclose 3 that police registered the above case basing on the report presented by the writ petitioner. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same may be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
