The petitioner seeks following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of the plot of land at E-151A, Sector 7, Noida, Gautambudh Nagar and the mis-planned portion of road to dead-end after due process of changes in land use. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to remove the encroachment of the land at plot no. E-151A, Sector 7, Noida as well as the plot of land shown as road adjacent to the plot no. E-151 belonging to the petitioner. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner which has been represented by the petitioner through the pending representation dated 02.01.2025 and 15-2-2025 (Annexure No. 11)." 2.
