1. Parties and their learned counsel for both the sides are present.
2. Sri.A.R.Patil, learned counsel has filed vakalath for respondent.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed memo. Memo is acknowledged by the learned counsel for the respondent. Memo reads as under:
“The Petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 10/04/2024 passed in Crl. Appeal No. 20/2023 by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge Koppal Sitting At Ganagavathi., thereby confirming the order passed by the Learned Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC Gangavathi, in CC no- 1623/2019 dated 27/09/2023 thereby convicting the petitioners for offence punishable u/s. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act & directing the petitioner to

pay a fine of Rs. 8,00,000/- with default clause, have presented this memorandum of Criminal revision Petition,
During the pendency of the above revision the matter has been amicably settled between the parties wherein it is agreed with the free consent of the parties to close the matter for sum of Rs.4,00,000/-. Out of said amount petitioner has already deposited Rs.2,70,000/- before Court below. Petitioner has no objection to released the said amount in favor of respondent. And the respondent has received a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- by way of cash. Same is paid Before elders.
In terms of the above compromise the
order of conviction passed by both the courts may kindly be set aside. Same may kindly be taken on record.”
4. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands
disposed off.
5. Since entire agreed compensation amount is paid, fine amount of Rs.10,000/- imposed by the trial Magistrate to

be appropriated towards the defraying expenses of the State stands set aside.
