Case No.147 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi, arising out of Mohana P.S. Case No.254 of 2021 for alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 20(a)(i) NDPS Act. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. However, in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and moves an application for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit. 5.
