Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is directed to deposit the amount as directed by the Court by 10.12.2025 and the learned appellate Judge is requested to receive the amount and restore the order in Crl.M.P.No.120 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.102 of 2025.
